The Client’s Challenge
The buildup of hardened concrete in cement mixers required daily manual cleaning with hammers, leading to metal wear, increased maintenance costs, and significant operational downtime.
Our Approach and Solution
The powerful cleaning agent BETONAC-FIX2 was used for the chemical breakdown of deposits. This was followed by the application of the anti-stick agent ZETOLAN-MEK3, which — thanks to its “Formula MEK” — was applied to a wet surface, creating a waterproof protective film.
